Mufflers was the name given to people hired by the Sultans of Turkey whose purpose was to surround the Sultan when he left his palace, in order to prevent the people from asking anything of him.
S.T.A.R H's mufflers seem to be as numerous, any phone call will result in never being able to talk to anyone with the authority to deal with a problem.
The website does not even say the names of its managers let alone provide contact details for them.
The only communication that allows is their sending edicts to tenants demanding their obedience with no real way of the tenants changing or adapting whatever scheme they pushing on us. All a tenant says is muffled!
