Where have all our trees gone

The benefits that we all get from having lots of trees are so many its impossible to understand why S.T.A.R. Housing is only interested in cutting trees down and not replacing them.

Every mature tree locks up at least one Ton of pollution per year.
Every tree cut down exposes us all to this pollution, even if they did replant the trees they cut down it takes around forty years for a new sapling to lock up the same amount of pollution that the felled tree protects us from.

Wildlife is nearly is on its knees in Oswestry, thanks to the uncaring attitude and disastrous polices pursued first by the old and now the new county wide Borough Council.
